Please read these terms carefully before using any crvip services. By accessing or placing a wager on this platform, you agree to be bound by all clauses outlined below.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of all services provided by crvip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") at https://crvip.cam. By registering an account, accessing the website, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use crvip services.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below:
Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
Age Restriction: You must be 21 years of age or older to use crvip. Underage gambling is illegal and unethical. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all deposits returned minus any bonus funds or winnings derived from promotional credits.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all related accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and a prohibition from future registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. crvip will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. We accept no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
All Accounts on the Platform operate exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Once an Account currency is set, it cannot be changed. All deposits, withdrawals, bonus values, wager amounts, and winnings are denominated in IDR.
crvip is committed to preventing fraud, underage gambling, and financial crime. KYC verification is mandatory for all Players before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time at our discretion.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission. During periods of high demand or public holidays, processing may extend to 48 hours. You will receive email confirmation once your account is verified. Withdrawals are placed on hold pending verification completion.
crvip reserves the right to decline verification and close an Account where submitted documents appear falsified, expired, illegible, or inconsistent with registration details. In such cases, deposited funds will be returned via the original deposit method after investigation, less any applicable processing fees.
crvip accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata via bank transfer or virtual account; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transactions above certain thresholds may require additional verification.
Deposits via e-wallet are credited to your Account instantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB on weekdays; limited hours on weekends and public holidays). crvip is not liable for delays caused by your bank's internal processing systems.
Withdrawals may only be processed after (a) successful KYC verification, (b) all applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds have been satisfied, and (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your verified withdrawable balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, unless you request a change through our verified support process. crvip does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Daily withdrawal limits apply by tier: Bronze accounts up to Rp 50,000,000; Silver up to Rp 75,000,000; Gold up to Rp 100,000,000; Platinum up to Rp 500,000,000; Diamond and above by individual arrangement. crvip reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests that exceed these standard thresholds or appear inconsistent with a Player's typical activity.
Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. crvip does not accept payments from third parties under any circumstances. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by crvip are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that offer.
New Players who make a qualifying first deposit of at least Rp 100,000 are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rp 20,000,000. The Welcome Bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. The bonus and any winnings derived from it must be wagered 30 times in total before a withdrawal can be processed. The Welcome Bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of activation; any unused portion expires automatically at the end of this period.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:
While a Bonus is active on your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager event is Rp 50,000. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a Bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and all associated winnings. Minimum odds requirements may apply to sports betting wagers; refer to individual promotion terms for specifics.
crvip takes bonus abuse seriously. Players found to be exploiting promotions through collusion, arbitrage, low-risk hedging strategies, or systematic manipulation of game mechanics to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play will have their bonuses cancelled and winnings forfeited. Repeat offenders may have their Accounts permanently suspended.
Daily cashback rewards credited through the crvip VIP programme are applied to your Account balance automatically and carry no wagering requirement. Cashback amounts are based on net losses within each 24-hour period and applied at the rate corresponding to your active VIP tier (Bronze 0.3% through Diamond 1.2%). Cashback is calculated on real-money play only; losses incurred on Bonus Funds do not qualify.
All casino slot games and software-based table games available on crvip use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and certified by independent third-party auditors. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the Platform or by any Player.
All sports bets are placed pre-match or in-play subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the relevant sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or otherwise declared void in accordance with our sporting rules. In such cases, voided selections in a mix parlay accumulator are settled at odds of 1.00 (evens), and the remaining selections stand.
Results for togel (Toto Gelap) markets — including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), and Togel Macau — are derived directly from the official draw results published by the respective lottery organisers. crvip displays results promptly following each draw and assumes no liability for discrepancies arising from external draw delays or result corrections made by lottery operators. Minimum bet per line is Rp 1,000; maximum bet per line is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated.
If a Player is disconnected during a game round due to internet failure or technical fault, the Platform will complete the game round using its standard RNG logic. The result of the completed round will be binding and displayed in the Player's game history upon reconnection. crvip is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's connectivity issues.
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that causes an error in game outcome display, bet settlement, or payout calculation, crvip reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and refund the corresponding stake amounts to the Players involved. Erroneous payouts credited to an Account as a result of a system error must be returned and may be reclaimed by crvip from your Account balance.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:
Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the crvip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software interfaces, and compilations thereof — is the property of crvip or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any crvip content without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of crvip's intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by crvip is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
We collect personal data — including your name, date of birth, national identity number, address, email, phone number, and payment details — for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crvip, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be wholly excluded under applicable law, crvip's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total net deposits made to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) Rp 1,000,000. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our own gross negligence.
crvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, are the subject of a legal or regulatory investigation, or if we determine that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
Upon termination for cause, crvip may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, crvip reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the withheld balance to offset losses or damages caused by the breach.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is effected, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Pending bonus wagering will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure does not discharge any debt or obligation owed to crvip at the time of closure.
This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of contract and gaming law as applied in the jurisdiction of the Platform's licensing authority. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to override any mandatory consumer-protection right you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the Services, you agree to first contact crvip's customer support team at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) to investigate and resolve the matter informally. If the dispute remains unresolved after this period, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by the licensing authority's regulations.
Indonesian consumer law may grant you additional rights that are not affected or diminished by this Agreement. crvip respects all applicable mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
crvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Clause 13.2.
